About your role
Reporting to the Head of Change, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and support of enterprise change management practices across Cbus. As Cbus undergoes significant growth, supporting the business and our people through these changes is crucial to achieving our strategic objectives. You will embed leading change management practices, processes, capabilities, and competencies across the fund. Partnering closely with key stakeholders and senior leaders, you will develop and roll out enterprise change practices across all business units. By working collaboratively with our leaders, you will help build and communicate a shared vision of the change agenda across the organisation. Additionally, you will support the enterprise program of work and deliver Change Practice Centre of Excellence activities to uplift change management capabilities across the fund.
About you
As a preference you have -
* Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of change processes.
* Ability to collect change data and report it in a meaningful way.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* An understanding of the psychology of change management.
* Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Coaching and facilitation skills.
* Exceptional ability to produce and present documents and reports to various audiences.
* Knowledge of organisational change management approaches.
