Sublime Car Care, a leader in automotive appearance and protection, is looking for an experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our qualified team in Wollongong. We're known for our attention to detail and excellence in premium automotive services.
Your Role
* Follow patterns and custom installations with precision
* Collaborate with detailing and tint teams for high-end vehicle finishes
* Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to WHS standards
Desirable
* XPEL Certification or similar recognised PPF training
* Experience with ceramic coating or automotive tinting
* Eye for detail and commitment to quality
Conditions of Employment
* One-day unpaid trial to assess technical ability and fit
* If successful, proceed to a paid 2-week probation period:
* A formal contract will be offered based on your performance and final rate
Requirements
* Strong understanding of film types, adhesives, and installation techniques
* Work rights in Australia
* Must be reliable, team-oriented, and take pride in your craft
