OverviewYour role as a Home Lending Specialist (internally known as a Customer Relationship Manager) is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.Whether you're guiding first home buyers to create a plan to purchase, or supporting a seasoned investor, you'll play an integral part of helping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.This is a permanent, full-time position located in Narre Warren South.ResponsibilitiesBuilding a pipeline of lending leads.
Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRMGuiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goalsLeveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes for all and to future-ready your customers for financial successBuilding strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customersEmbracing an attitude of lifelong learning.

What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
We'd love you to have:Extensive experience in customer service or salesHigh level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulationsAn ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situationHighly developed credit analysis skillsAn understanding of small business offeringsConsumer lending experience – this is essentialOur Community Banking modelCommunity Banking operates on a shared revenue model based on 'profit-with-purpose'.
