New Edge Painting & Decorating is seeking a highly skilled Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. This is a long-term role with opportunities to advance your career as our company continues to expand.
About the Role
We specialise in a wide range of projects, from new builds to detailed re-paints, restorations, and finishes that demand the highest level of precision. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a strong work ethic, taking pride in delivering quality results every time.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in painting & decorating with a proven track record of high-quality work
Skilled in all aspects of painting: new builds, spray-outs, re-paints, and detail work
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Must have own tools and reliable transport
Experience in Airless Spray Gun operation (highly desired)
White Card (essential)
Working at Heights and High-Risk License are not essential but would be an advantage
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Professional, punctual, and motivated to grow with the company
Wallpapering experience (desired)
Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
