Responsibilities
* Executing eCommerce strategies that boost sales and customer engagement
* Supporting trade and promotional campaigns across their online store
* Analysing product performance and optimising for results
* Partnering with Marketing, Merchandise and Supply Chain to deliver on budgets and targets
* Keeping operations running smoothly, from compliance to pricing fixes
* Driving efficiencies and contributing to digital enhancements
Qualifications
* Previous eCommerce or retail merchandise experience (ideal but not essential)
* Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A collaborative mindset - you thrive working with cross-functional teams
* A customer-first approach with a passion for great service
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with eCommerce platforms, PIMs or merchandising tools a plus
