CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Diamond Drillers to join our clients’ expanding operations across Western Australia, including the Pilbara and Kimberley regions. About the Role: We are seeking driven and experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to join high-performing exploration and mine-site drilling teams across WA. With multiple positions available — including leadership opportunities — this is an excellent chance to secure ongoing work with reputable drilling contractors operating modern equipment in some of Australia’s most active resource regions. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited to individuals who thrive in remote environments and are committed to delivering safe, productive, and high-quality drilling outcomes. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, upholding strict safety standards, and contributing to strong team performance on site. Roles & Responsibilities: Operate surface diamond drilling rigs including LF160, DE710/12, UDR and EDM models Execute diamond drilling programs safely and efficiently in line with client specifications Conduct directional and large-diameter drilling where required Maintain high standards of safety and compliance in accordance with Safe Work Policies and Procedures Perform daily rig inspections and identify maintenance requirements Complete accurate drilling logs and operational reports Work collaboratively within small crews to achieve production targets Mentor and train junior crew members (leadership roles available) Coordinate with supervisors and support crews to ensure smooth drilling operations Operate ancillary equipment including forklifts (where licensed) Our Ideal Candidates: Minimum 3 years’ experience in exploration and/or mine-site diamond drilling Certificate III or IV in Drilling Operations (essential) HR-B (or higher) Driver’s Licence – essential Current National Police Clearance Valid First Aid Certificate 4WD Certification Construction White Card Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing LF High Risk Forklift Licence – advantageous Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to ongoing skill development Sound knowledge of diamond drilling methods and techniques Experience with directional and large-diameter drilling Ability to work outdoors in remote environments Safety-first mindset with strong understanding of workplace health and safety Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and train others Clear and effective communication skills Strong work ethic and ability to perform in dynamic site conditions What’s on Offer: $70 – $75 per hour (based on experience) 2:1, 2:2 or extended roster options available Flights, accommodation and meals provided Superannuation paid on all hours worked Weekly pay cycle Modern, well-maintained drilling equipment Quality accommodation and site amenities Long-term, stable employment opportunities Genuine career development pathways Supportive team culture and professional work environment Exploration opportunities available across exploration projects in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.
