About The Role:
Manage the daily operations of your departments, driving customer satisfaction and financial performance
Optimise team productivity by leveraging workforce management and further developing team member skills
Drive a high performance, customer focused culture through role modelling, communication, feedback and recognition
Maximise the team's customer service focus by effective management and delegation of tasks to minimise operational activities
Lead, empower and inspire your team with a consistent focus on developing the next generation of Myer leaders
Maximise your time spent within your departments to lead and manage your teams and gain customer insights
About You:
Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally within Fashion/Retail environment
People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach are essential
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, achieve targets and monitor KPI's
Experience in performance management and getting the best from your teams will be highly regarded
Customer focused with superior customer service skills
Strong retail, financial and business acumen
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and achieve within timelines
