We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Administration Assistant. This position will provide support to our Buying Team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise and issue all purchase orders for Children's Accessories, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
* Implement purchase order updates, including changes to shipping and delivery timelines
* Reissue updated purchase orders to suppliers as required
In addition, you will be responsible for verifying barcodes on swing tickets against D365, generating regular purchase order reports, identifying discrepancies within systems or product details, communicating with suppliers daily to confirm purchase orders and track shipments.
