**Executive Office Manager**

**About the role**

The Executive Office Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer and plays a pivotal role within IPART, providing high level support to the CEO, Tribunal members and the Executive Leadership Team. The role is responsible for managing a team to deliver administrative support to all of IPART's Divisions and oversee IPART's information management function.

The Executive Office Manager works closely with the CEO on sensitive or confidential matters and projects, and coordinate agendas, papers and policies for IPART's Executive Leadership Team.

The role collaborates with our Corporate Services Team in the development of policies and processes that impact the organisational support provided by the team. The Executive Office Manager also enables change though supporting their team to adopt and champion new policies and process improvements.

We are looking for someone who:

- is adaptable and organised to lead the delivery of a wide range of support functions
- is approachable as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- has broad knowledge and experience of NSW Government, and in office and project management
- is an inclusive and empowering people leader.

To be successful you need to be flexible, show initiative, be able to build trust with diverse stakeholders and respond quickly when situations change.

The salary range for the position is $157,088 to $169,170 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
