Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a full-time role? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Liaise with renters, contractors, and property owners to resolve issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
* Handle administrative tasks including lease renewals, rental increases, compliance tracking, and routine inspections.
* Maintain accurate property records and tenant information using cloud-based property management software.
* Respond to routine inquiries from renters, owners, and service providers in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Management.
* Experience with Console Cloud is favourable; however, on‐job training is available.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
* Committed to ongoing professional development and able to perform well under pressure.
* Professional and customer‐focused, consistently maintaining a reputable image through both appearance and attitude.
