About the role
We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Casual Bar, Bottleshop, Receptionist and Tab Operator to join our dynamic team at the Roxburgh Park Hotel. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service across various areas of our hospitality operation, ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.
What you'll be doing
* Serving customers at the bar, bistro and bottleshop with a friendly and professional manner
* Assisting with food and beverage service in the bistro, including taking orders and delivering meals
* Handling cash and operating the register and TAB facilities
* Restocking and maintaining the bar, bistro and bottleshop areas
* Greeting and assisting guests at the reception desk
* Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment
* Adhering to all health, safety and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role, such as bartending, waitressing or reception
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
* Excellent cash handling and point-of-sale system skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
