About the Role
This is a 6‑month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension. You’ll manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to individuals who have already expressed interest in our services—no cold calling required.
You’ll explain our process, encourage patients to take the first step, and ensure they feel confident and cared for. This is a varied role that requires both independent initiative and collaborative teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to pre‑qualified leads
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads and meet booking targets
- Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients about their treatment pathway
- Liaise with internal specialists and external partners (e.g. optometrists)
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reporting
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying patient needs and feedback
- Deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, email and social media channels
About You
You’re a self‑starter with a calm, caring nature and outcome focussed. You’re organised, self‑aware, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You take initiative, stay composed under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a similar healthcare or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- A proactive mindset and a “make it happen” attitude
