As a key member of our Residential Sales team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their property transactions and contributing to the ongoing success of our leading real estate agency.
What you'll be doing
* Prospecting and generating new business opportunities through effective networking, marketing, and lead generation strategies
* Arranging and conducting property inspections, open homes, and private viewings for prospective buyers
* Negotiating sales contracts and providing expert advice to clients throughout the sales process
* Maintaining thorough knowledge of the local property market and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
* Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless property sales and client satisfaction

* Proven track record in real estate sales
