Fund Manager – Unlisted Property Funds

Redpath Partners is exclusively representing Centuria Capital Group in the appointment of a Fund Manager within its Unlisted Property Funds division. This is a senior leadership mandate with full accountability for the performance, governance, strategic direction, and growth of unlisted property funds investing in Large Format Retail and Daily Needs Convenience assets. You will assume end-to-end ownership of fund outcomes, driving performance, capital management, and investor engagement, while playing a central role in transactions and new fund establishment.
The Role
Full P&L accountability across unlisted retail property funds
Define and execute fund and portfolio strategy in alignment with investment mandates
Deliver sustainable earnings and distributions to investors
Optimise asset performance and oversee debt and equity structures
Partner with the transactions team to execute acquisitions, disposals, and capital initiatives
Act as the primary interface with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders
Lead and develop an Assistant Fund Manager and Fund Analyst
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience in Australian commercial real estate, particularly retail property
Demonstrated track record managing institutional-grade property portfolios or funds
Strong capability in capital transactions, fund structuring, and execution
Established relationships with major retail tenants and market participants
Advanced financial and analytical expertise, including sophisticated modelling
Executive presence to operate credibly at Board and investor level
Strong governance orientation and regulatory awareness
