About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
About You
We're looking for individuals with:
* Customer service experience (highly desirable)
* A genuine interest in banking or financial services
* Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
* Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
* A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)
* Working Holdiay and Student visa holders are welcome
What You Will Do
* Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:
o Providing account balances
o Replacing debit and credit cards
o Updating personal information
o Resolving issues with online banking
o Investigating transactions and disputes
o Managing fraud inquiries
o Logging complaints and capturing feedback
* Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols
Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.
Training period (on-site)
* Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (NSW time)
* Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm (NSW time) required

Important Information
* During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training.
* If work-from-home is offered, you'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to deliver high-quality customer service.
