Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Carpenter / Formworker located in Victoria, Australia. The role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Day-to-day tasks include working with power and hand tools for carpentry tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and assembling forms for concrete structures. The Carpenter / Formworker will ensure high-quality workmanship and comply with safety standards on-site.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Carpentry, including framing and finish carpentry work
* Experience and proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
* Ability to construct and assemble forms for concrete and other essential tasks
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
* Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and adherence to industry standards
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
* Prior experience in civil construction is highly desirable
