**Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
* Recruit and train employees to maintain the high standards of Chargrill Charlie's.
* Manage all aspects of restaurant management, including sales, food cost, labor spend, and other controllable expenses.
* Create a culture of excellence within the restaurant.
**Requirements:
* Prior leadership team experience is required.
* Excellent communication and delegation skills.
* Able to empathize with guests and manage their complaints effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
