Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supervising Qa Team Member to coordinate and direct subcontractors in various activities related to planning, safety, quality, and technical aspects of complex projects.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that operations are aligned with established schedules, work methods are executed safely, and construction processes meet external interface requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and organize subcontractor activities, including coordination and instruction of management staff.
* Support mid-size projects with medium to high complexity and multiple stakeholders' involvement.
Project Planning: Oversee the monitoring of subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, material, and equipment requirements. Review construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment needs. Ensure alignment with overall established schedules by coordinating the impact of construction operations on external interfaces.
Safety and Quality: Monitor installation of materials and equipment to ensure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements. Enforce policies, procedures, and work rules as established by field construction management.
Technical Expertise: Support Construction Field Engineers, Leading Hands, and Craft Professionals in interpreting engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents. Coordinate engineering solutions with Subcontractors, Foremen, and Craft Professionals. Collaborate with Design on constructability issues.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or ***** years of relevant work experience are required. Demonstrated experience in hazardous areas (e.g., mining, oil & gas, industrial), proficiency with explosive protection techniques, hands-on experience in inspection of Equipment's and compression cable gland Installed in Hazardous Area, and strong understanding and Certification of relevant Australian and New Zealand standards are essential.
