The Experience Lab is seeking a people-focused Operations Coordinator to help deliver transformative learning experiences that make a real impact. About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and creative team that uses theatre, improvisation, and performance to bring workplace learning to life. Over a fixed term 4–6 month period—with potential to extend—you'll play a central role in ensuring our training programs run smoothly and our projects stay on track.
You'll work closely with colleagues, facilitators, and clients to ensure training sessions run efficiently and meet The Experience Lab's delivery standards.
The position includes these key coordination functions:
* Liaise with clients to confirm presentation schedules and logistics
* Manage our internal booking system
* Coordinate with facilitators to ensure readiness and resource availability
* Communicate with delivery teams so everyone is aligned on roles, timing, and expectations
* Coordinate meetings, workshops, and rehearsals for cast, directors, writers, and clients
* Oversee quality assurance for all sessions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone proactive, organised, and adaptable, with a knack for problem solving and forward planning. You'll need strong communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone to facilitate timely arrangements.
You'll excel in this role if you:
• Think several moves ahead and anticipate potential challenges
• Bring curiosity, warmth, and initiative to problem-solving
• Have background or qualifications in arts management, logistics, event coordination, or project planning
• Enjoy variety and are comfortable working in an environment where projects can change quickly
You'll report directly to the Head of Delivery and work in partnership with the Production Coordinator.
