About us:
Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) Podiatry aims to deliver evidence-based high-risk foot services to consumers of Queensland Health who have complex chronic disease, acute foot conditions, and lower limb musculoskeletal conditions associated with hospitalisation.
About the role:
This position reports operationally and professionally to the Director Podiatry and Exercise Physiology to deliver podiatric services to clients with high-risk foot conditions in accordance with professional, ethical, and evidence-based principles through close collaboration with orthopaedics, renal and nursing streams.
About you: The successful applicant must hold at least a tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Podiatry.
Podiatrists must be registered as a Podiatrist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated professional knowledge, clinical skills, judgement and problem-solving ability in High Risk and General Podiatry services.
Demonstrated ability or ability to rapidly acquire the skill to provide guidance to less experienced staff members.
Demonstrate an ability, or ability to rapidly acquire the skill, to implement quality or service improvement activities to enhance the delivery of Podiatry services.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $132,567 is comprised of: An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h.
