Kingsford Farms is a large, family-owned agricultural business operating across feedlot, dairy, transport, workshop, and farming operations in the Southern Downs.
With a growing team and multiple operational areas, we value reliability, accuracy, and practical support that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our administration team is based at our office just on the outskirts of Warwick, supporting operations across all sites.
About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you'll provide high-quality administrative and accounts support across the business, working closely with the Office Manager and site leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General administration and clerical support across multiple business areas
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of operational records
* Regular processing of supplier invoices and financial documentation
* Supporting reconciliations and maintaining well-organised accounts records
* Maintaining structured digital and physical filing systems
* Assisting with onboarding paperwork, compliance documentation, and audits
* Managing phone calls, emails, and internal enquiries professionally
This role reports to the Office Manager / relevant Site Manager and plays a key role in keeping systems accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
* Proven experience in an administration role (busy or multi-task environment)
* Strong attention to detail and confidence with data entry
* Experience with bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and reconciliations
* Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems)
* Professional handling of confidential information
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable:
* Experience in agriculture, transport, or operational businesses
* Familiarity with Reckon accounting software
* Certificate II or III in Business Administration
* Q Fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
