**Burger Urge Marketing Manager**

Burger Urge is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who excels at driving financial outcomes through innovative marketing strategies within the fast-paced food and retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial management of the marketing fund & reporting on both financial & non-financial campaign performance through execution management of new product development, national campaigns, and contributing to the successful launch of new venues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Budget formation and management
- Cost management per budgeted projects
- ROI, performance & cost reporting of campaigns
- Execute marketing projects
- Management of the national marketing calendar
- Execute national campaigns
- Manage and execute new menu rollouts
- Oversee local area marketing initiatives
- Ensure stakeholders are provided with timely updates on project progress
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or retail sector
- Proven experience of marketing budget management
- An energetic and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
- The confidence to manage deadlines and team members
- Proven ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms (desirable)
- A tertiary education and qualification in Marketing or Communications
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
- A driver's license and access to your own transportation (desirable)
