Key Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Retirement Village Manager to lead our community and deliver exceptional resident experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the village operates smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with our organization's requirements. Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity among residents and staff.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management experience, preferably within a retirement living environment. They will also possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as the ability to interact with residents in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall operation of the village, including staff supervision, budgeting, and financial planning.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of village facilities, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and increase revenue.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of management experience in a related field.
