We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and dynamic Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong Branch.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, process orders, and address customer inquiries.
* Assist in converting incoming phone and email inquiries into Branch Sales.
* Exceed customer service expectations by providing exceptional support to operations.
* Address customer queries and manage accounts promptly and professionally.
* Offer customers accurate product, service, and procedural information.
* Ensure precise setup of new customer accounts.
* Process credit card payments as needed.
* Provide support to Operations and Sales teams.
* Engage in web chat support.

Skills & Experiences
* Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment, managing high call volumes.
