About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that are not only accessible and engaging but also directly aligned with our business goals.
This includes leading the delivery of our recognised School-Based Traineeship (SBT) program, acting as a central point of contact for providers and stakeholders while supporting the next generation of industry talent. You will also play a strategic role in shaping the future of learning at our organisation through your involvement in key projects such as the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to digitise, track, and streamline the employee learning journey.
You will support leaders and team members across a broad and diverse operation, helping to build confidence, resolve workplace issues, and foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and care. This is a role where no two days are the same, and you will thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
