Seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead ServiceNow implementation and integration initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
This role involves driving best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development, with strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development is also essential.
A deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework is required, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional experience with ServiceNow HAM, CSM, and reporting capabilities is desirable.
10+ years' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development
