Join the Department of General Medicine at Mackay Base Hospital, providing comprehensive inpatient, consultation, and outpatient care to patients with complex co-morbidities and undifferentiated illness. This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your clinical expertise in a busy, supportive service that plays a vital role in the health of the Mackay Isaac Whitsunday region.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload of patients over 16 years of age, contribute to consultation and outpatient clinics, and engage in education and mentoring of junior doctors, while being supported in your own qualified growth.

Salary & Benefits
Up to $163,700 p.a. (L4–L7)
Professional Development Leave – 1.6 weeks p.a.
Professional Development Allowance
Salary packaging + superannuation (12.75%)
