Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic ( Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology) to join our highly skilled team at Saengsom Pty Ltd T/A RR Autotech in the Willetton 6155, Western Australia.
As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in cars, light commercial vehicles, and trucks.
* Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks to keep vehicles running smoothly.
* Utilize technical expertise to efficiently identify and resolve complex problems.
* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
* Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed.
* Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Provide accurate assessments and detailed repair estimates to customers.
* Collaborate with a skilled team to meet service targets while upholding high-quality standards.
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging automotive technologies.
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a track record of successful repairs and maintenance.
* Expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues across various vehicle models.
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
* 1 year of experience as Motor Vehicle Mechanic
Qualification
* Required qualification minimum Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
