The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our Cairns team and play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

In this fast-paced role, you'll provide vital administrative and customer support to ensure our team meets its goals and KPIs. Your day will be diverse and rewarding as you:

* Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries via email and Salesforce
* Manage customer queries in line with established procedures
* Maintain accurate customer processing within our CRM
* Act as a key liaison between our finance and operations teams
* Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly customer reports
* Process invoices, purchase orders and support end of month accounts reconciliation,

About you

You're someone who enjoys problem‐solving, staying organised, and building positive relationships. You bring a professional and friendly approach to everything you do, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work. You will also have:

* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with a customer service focus
* Strong relationship-building skills with customers, and internal teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to stay calm, positive, and solutions‐focused under pressure
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong time‐management skills
* The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
* Solid proficiency across JDE, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
