* 15+ years in building services engineering, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics or fire systems
* A strong Sydney network and proven track record of winning work across various sectors
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams on complex projects from initiation through execution and closure.
* Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and advance their careers.
