This role is a vital part of the centre's leadership team, responsible for guiding and enhancing educational programs.
* The successful candidate will work closely with educators to review and continuously improve the quality of early childhood education.
* They will also deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, ensuring the application of the Early Years Learning Framework is exceptional.
* This leader will drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working collaboratively with the centre's leadership team.
