Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager Innovation & Engagement.
* Offer executive assistance including diary management, task follow-up, correspondence handling, procurement, and general personal support.
* Contribute to divisional projects, activities, and reporting including council briefings and workshops.
* Improve business processes to enhance team efficiency and administrative functions.
* Manage responses to internal and external inquiries and requests.
* Coordinate divisional content for the intranet, internet, and Councillor Portal.

* Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities with ease.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital systems and tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
* Knowledge of Local Government operations (or willingness to learn), and understanding of relevant standards and policies.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
