Accountabilities
* Lead the design, development, and scaling of end‐to‐end automation systems using modern orchestration tools and API integrations
* Architect robust, multi‐tenant infrastructure capable of supporting complex workflows across various environments
* Build and oversee internal and client‐facing products, managing the full lifecycle from concept to deployment
* Develop intelligent AI‐driven systems leveraging LLMs to power automation, decision‐making, and data enrichment pipelines
* Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and system reliability standards
* Manage, mentor, and grow a high‐performing engineering team while maintaining hands‐on technical involvement
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align engineering strategy with overall business objectives and growth plans
Requirements
* Extensive hands‐on experience with automation platforms such as n8n in production environments
* Strong full‐stack engineering expertise, particularly with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and databases
* Proven ability to lead engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in technical execution
* Daily experience using AI‐assisted development tools such as Claude Code within workflows
* Solid background in building and scaling AI/LLM systems for real‐world applications
* Strong system design and architecture skills, including scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance
* Experience working with data enrichment and automation tools such as Clay
* Ability to translate technical decisions into business impact at an executive level
* Bonus: experience in multi‐client environments, SaaS product development, cloud platforms, and tools like Airtable, HubSpot, or Slack APIs
