Our client, is a well established Bakery, and they are now seeking an experienced Baker. The business operates 7 days per week week.
Hours to be worked would be 37.5 per week, between the hours 10.00pm - 10.00am
**Salary**:
$940.20 after 7.00am Start + Super (Negotiable) = $53779.44
$1207.13 before 2.00am Start + Super (Negotiable) = $69047.84
$1087.50 after 2.00am Start + Super (Negotiable) = $62205.00
Job Description and experience required:
Experience bread making (they use 1 1/2 ton of flour per week)
Bench Work
Oven Experience - Series 3 Rotary
Some Cake making
Pastry experience ie Pies, Sausage Rolls
Able to work unsupervised
Will be working with Owner/Baker and another baker.
