About the Role
This Full Time Front Office Assistant Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill, and 4 versatile conference rooms.
You will report directly to the Front Office Manager and be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
The successful candidate will lead by example when attending to guest requests, be proactive and resourceful, and provide guidance and support to team members.
A key responsibility of this role is actively resolving guest complaints and challenges while maintaining a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel.
