An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Sales Assistant, passionate about connecting with customers by offering a one-of-a-kind retail experience. Work with a welcoming team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.
The Role
* Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
* Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
* Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system
* Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
* Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style
* Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
* An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
* A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed Heritage
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
