Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Services Engineer to provide 2nd level support across Microsoft 365 and associated cloud service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver level 2 support for business applications and cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft 365
* Perform high-level tenancy administration activities across M365
* Support request fulfilment and incident resolution in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
* Gather and clarify business requirements to support effective solution delivery
