As a known firm within the Pittsburgh Region, we are looking to strategically grow our presence in neighboring markets, including Cleveland, and are seeking a driven, strategic-minded Business Development Specialist to lead the charge. This role will sit in our Cleveland Office with occasional travel to Pittsburgh as needed.How You’ll Make an Impact:Identify, track, and pursue new business opportunities in the Greater Cleveland area and other target regionsDevelop outreach strategies and target markets to acquire new businessCollaborate with Studio Leaders and Firm Management to ensure development efforts are aligned with market goalsEnsure Firm reaches revenue targets and goalsRepresent LGA at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsBuild and strengthen business relationships with existing clients, contractors, and other stakeholdersPromote long-lasting client relationshipsStrengthen LGA’s brand in the marketplaceCollaborate with our Marketing team to prepare proposals, RFPs, and presentationsAttend and assist with internal Business Development meetingsPrepare and present reports to Leadership team as neededWhat You Bring to the Table:10 + years of experience in AEC industryBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field advantageousExisting network of potential clients, regionally and nationallyOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsMust be a self-starter with excellent time management skillsAbility to cultivate and grow network of clients and potential clientsDesire to promote LGA’s professional brandWhy LGA?
