The Role
As a Client Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the coordination and case management of services under the NDIS, ensuring supports are tailored, person-centered, and delivered in line with individual goals.
You will provide leadership to a team of Support Workers and play a key role in maintaining quality service delivery, compliance, and building community connections. This full-time position is based residentially in Kalgoorlie.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Coordinating services and supports for a portfolio of NDIS participants
* Leading and supporting Support Workers, including supervision and performance reviews
* Developing and implementing individualised plans in collaboration with clients and families
* Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance requirements
* Overseeing rosters to ensure efficient service delivery
* Representing EPIC positively in the community and building stakeholder relationships
* Participating in the on-call roster as required
* Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
You're highly organised, adaptable, and passionate about improving the lives of people with disability. With previous experience managing or mentoring staff, you enjoy working collaboratively to deliver impactful outcomes.
Essential:
* Experience in administration or client coordination
* Ability to lead a team effectively
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A genuine interest in supporting people with disability
* Current WA C Class Driver's Licence (or equivalent)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
* Experience in disability support or the community sector
