5 days per week with children aged 10 years & 8 years.
Rate: $***** - $***** (L3) per hour including Super and Tax (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf).
Not Flex with days - Monday to Friday will always be required.
Finish time may vary later or earlier.
Saturdays will be every second week.
Vary for school holidays.
Family Seeking a Caring and Experienced Educator
The family would like an educator to provide support primarily for a 10-year-old child.
The ideal candidate will be able to create a structured, engaging environment that incorporates learning through play, with a strong emphasis on homework support and daily routines to help the child feel regulated and secure.
The child has a strong interest in the outdoors and the environment and also enjoys Minecraft and Lego.
We're looking for someone who can connect with their interests while fostering learning and personal development.
Please note that care responsibilities may occasionally extend to another child, especially during school holidays or at a future date.
Educator will need to be available for Saturday fortnightly.
Requirements
Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state.
Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid.
Have a car & driver's licence.
Be willing to commit for at least 12 months.
Full working rights in Australia.
(A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
