You will be required to support people with disabilities through:
* community access
* personal care
* assistance with daily living
* domestic support
You will also be required to:
* maintain accurate documentation
* implement participant care plans
* assist with planning and oversight of participants daily routines
Selection Criteria
Please provide a cover letter demonstrating how you meet the criteria listed
* Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care or willingness to obtain
* Availablity to be rostered across a 24 hour 7 day roster inclusive of public holidays - Must have a minimum of 4 days availability per week.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and other physical support tasks
* Own comprehensively insured Motor vehicle which can be used for work purposes
* Unrestricted Drivers License
* Have a current (or willing to apply) Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
