This position is essential for the successful execution and delivery of residential construction projects throughout the Hervey Bay region. Lead and guide trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with WH&S requirements, quality standards, and project time lines. Set an example with a strong work ethic and high standards for subcontractors. Schedule and release work orders to trades, subcontractors, and suppliers using Onsite Companion. Monitor project progress, update milestones, and maintain accurate forecasting in Onsite Companion. Provide regular progress updates to Construction Administration staff. Inspect work to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
