HR Support Specialist

* Onboarding and offboarding of employees: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires and departing staff, maintaining accurate records and conducting thorough inductions and exits.
* First point of contact for HR queries: Respond promptly to employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
* Job advertising and applicant screening: Source and shortlist suitable candidates, ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in human resources or a related field is essential for this role.
* Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably within the construction or a similar industry, is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the Building and Construction award and its application in a workplace setting would be advantageous.
