Your new role
* Manage and organise diaries for Senior Executives
* Assist with workload management and prioritisation
* Assist in the preparation of correspondence, papers, talking points, briefs and other communication committee meetings and Senate Estimate hearings.
* Provide a contact and facilitation point for staff and stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with the divisional executive office to achieve divisional priorities
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within the Australian Public Service will lead to your success, as well as the below key skills:
* Recent experience in an Executive Assistant or Branch Coordinator role within the APS
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Sound judgement, initiative and professionalism
* Understanding of APS Values and Code of Conduct
* Australian Citizenship and holder of current security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or TSPV)
