The Role
Due to growth and the maturing stage of the business, They have decided to hire a HR Manager to take control of the entire HR Function along side the Directors and working closely with and mentor their amazing HR Advisor.
This role is newly created so someone who is experienced and likes to be in an independent role will suit this role really well.
With such a great business structure this is the opportunity for someone who can help guide, build and maintain a great business an really become an employee champion in the team.

Recruitment & Selection - Onboarding
Training and Development
HR Issues and compliance
Management of HRIS
HR policy maintenance and updates
Compliance
Industrial relations
Act as HR employee Advocate
Employee engagement - employee well being initiatives
Dealings with Unions
Performance Management
You'll Need
At least 5+ Years experience in HR Management
Experience in construction and strong understanding of IR, Unions and EBA Negotiations
An understanding of the construction industry is ideal
Strong people skills
Can do attitude
Strong initiative
Straight shooter
Ability to guide and implement
Great sense of humour
