About the opportunity This position is based in Norwest, NSW, where you will manage customer enquiries, orders, and distributor relationships across multiple industries. In this role, you will: Provide timely responses to customer and distributor enquiries Process orders accurately using Salesforce Develop technical understanding of conveyor solutions and products Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business growth Maintain professional communication and strong attention to detail Day-to-day activities include processing orders, monitoring back-order reports, responding to enquiries, liaising with internal teams, and supporting external sales representatives. Employees are encouraged to pursue growth through internal training and hands-on experience with products in the field. About you The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector, with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to problem-solve, manage end-to-end order processing, and think commercially will be key to success in this role.
