Our Founder
Lisa Jones, a multi-million-dollar brand owner, created SHE-com to support the rapidly growing wave of female-led e-commerce businesses across Australia. Seeing their potential and the lack of tailored resources, Lisa built a space to empower these women to succeed.

Our community
By 2025, our community will connect over 75,000 female founders who collectively generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, solidifying SHE-com as Australia’s leading network for women in e-commerce.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Success Coach to join our team and become the ultimate support partner for our members. You will play a critical role in helping women win in their first month inside our programs, setting them up for long-term success, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
As a Success Coach, you will:
- Welcome new members into our coaching programs and guide them through their first month
- Answer member questions, resolve challenges, and provide thoughtful feedback
- Manage our member community chat groups, fostering connection and positivity
- Help troubleshoot payment issues and ensure smooth membership access
- Celebrate member wins and help them stay motivated on their journey
- Collaborate with our coaching and operations team to flag trends, feedback, and opportunities to improve member experience
You are:
- Passionate about supporting women in business and genuinely care about their success
- An excellent communicator, both in writing and on video or calls
- Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and tasks at once
- Positive, energetic, and able to motivate and uplift others
- Experienced in customer service, coaching, or community management
- Experienced in e-commerce, either by working for an online brand or running your own. You understand the challenges, language, and pace of e-commerce and can speak with empathy and authority.
