We are looking for someone with a great attitude who wants to work full-time (32.5 hrs pw) in a fast paced, exciting and friendly property management team. Our office is centrally & conveniently located in Stepney. We're a well-established team, looking for someone to take control of the office & trust administration as well as other related functions of the group.
The duties will include:
• Daily rent receipting and processing of bills
• Processing lease extensions, charging of fees, updating expiry dates etc
• Assisting property managers with follow up on day-to-day overflow work
• Filing, scanning and other admin duties
• Reception relief duties, answering calls, processing general enquiry emails, mail
• Assisting with Sales Admin duties under the instruction of CEO/Sales team
To be successful in this role you must have:
• Minimum of 2 years in Administration, Accounts Payable and preferably trust accounting experience
• Great communication skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Our office hours are 9am to 4pm (32.5 hours per week), with salary in range of $55,000 - $65,000 pa + superannuation depending on experience. Flexible hours available, whether that's to work around school hours or wanting to start late or finish early.
