Salary and Contract
* Port Hedland: $157,295 per annum + 13% superannuation
* Dampier: $150,741 per annum + 13% superannuation
* Perth: $123,369 per annum + 13% superannuation
* 12‐month fixed‐term contract
About The Role
Why it matters: Pilbara Ports is the largest bulk export port authority in the world, supporting the operation of ports such as Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island. The Business Improvement Specialist leads projects that improve operational processes and system performance within the Real Estate function. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing governance frameworks for continuous improvement.
* Designing, executing and monitoring initiatives that enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
* Analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions.
* Leading cross‐functional teams without direct authority, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
About You
Candidates will:
* Have experience driving business optimisation and system performance improvements, preferably in real‐estate, asset management or infrastructure.
* Show strong leadership capability, able to influence change without formal authority.
