What’s Involved 
Assisting Hiring Managers with recruitment needs across various departments 
Posting job ads and helping manage candidate pipelines 
Supporting candidates through the recruitment process 
Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation 
Learning to develop sourcing strategies and contribute to recruitment campaigns 
Providing general support to the HR team 
You’ll Need 
Experienced with Microsoft Office suite 
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels 
Great at managing time and taking initiative to get things done 
Desirable 
Experience working in a large organisation would be advantageous 
Familiarity with industry-specific tickets, licenses, and qualifications is a plus
